At Virginia Language Services, we are dedicated to providing the most accurate translations possible. Toward this end, we make the following commitments:
The translation will be done by a native speaker of the target language.
The translation will reflect the author's original intention to the extent possible.
We will add nothing to the author's original words or thoughts. We translate documents. We do not edit thoughts or intentions.
While it is not always possible to exactly duplicate the original layout of a document, the translated document will be formatted as closely as possible to the original to match its overall look and feel.
The translation will be delivered in a timely manner in the file format requested by the client.
The price quoted for a translation will be the final invoice price unless the client specifically changes the content after approving the estimate.
