Time Is Money
When you need a document translated, you need it done yesterday. We can have your five page document translated and shipped in three business days, and at a price that won’t bust your budget. The price includes translating, shipping, hard copy and copy in electronic form in your choice of word processing formats!
Availability
No service is any good to you unless you can access it when you need it. We are available 24 hours a day via e-mail, and of course, here at our web site. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Exchanging Documents
We accept documents via fax, e-mail and U. S. Mail. We can even arrange to have your documents picked up. Of course, we can return your documents in your preferred word processing format.
Terms
All jobs are billed net 15. We accept check, cash, money orders and corporate purchase orders. Invoices over $1,000 are eligible for a 5% discount if payment is postmarked prior to due date. Requests for translations with due dates prior to standard or for interpreters with less than 48 hours notice incur a 20% surcharge.
